What we at Angel’s Realty will do:
The first step is to put our client in touch with a Mortgage professional who may be able to help. There are new programs offering HOPE for some homeowners specifically ones that are “upside-down” in their homes (ie: they owe more than the property is currently worth..and are headed for trouble).
If it is determined foreclosure is eminent then we will list their home and assist in a “short sale” to try and keep your home from going into foreclosure. During that time we will work closely with our clients & the bank.
Providing constant communication with your lender is vital. We will work with you to provide them with necessary documents such as hardship letters, financial statements, recent pay stubs, and two years worth of tax returns.
We also work closely with a Short Sale attorney who will speak and negotiate on your behalf to all lien holders on your property.
